Fairview; has been school Director and Road Commissioner; in 1838, he married Ann Shreves, and they had three boys and one girl; two living. In 1855, he married Jane Rist, and they have two boys and two girls - the boys living. Mr. Darland first settled on the land where Fairview now stands.
